ESSENTIAL INFORMATION

  • We just have a few things to tell you, to make sure your overall experience will be as enjoyable and safe as possible.
  • Please note: tickets are non refundable
  • NO REFUNDS will be available on arrival
  • This event is NOT FOR CHILDREN,
    If you have purchased tickets for children under the age of 13 they will be refused entry.
  • Children between the ages of 13 years and 16 years MUST be accompanied by an adult.
  • Please note you MUST arrive BEFORE your purchased time slot. You can arrive any time before your slot and enter the venue, but you cannot partake in any of the experiences until your allocated time slot. If you arrive after your time slot, you may be refused entry.
  • You will make your way through open woodland and a large array of outdoor terrain so be prepared for uneven, wet, slippery and muddy surfaces.
  • If you, or anybody in your party, have a history of medical conditions that include heart disorders, pregnancy, claustrophobia, photosensitive forms of epilepsy, back disorders, diabetes, arthritis or asthma, then please consult a GP or medical professional about your planned attendance.
  • Finally, you must ensure you print your tickets or download them on your mobile device so as to have them ready to display on arrival. Please be advised that certain mobile providers have limited access in the area.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Please note the experience is not wheelchair accessible due to the terrain and setting.
  • For everyones safety, fancy dress, fake weapons and large bags/backpacks are prohibited.
    Food and drink will be available throughout the evening. Please note we do reserve the right to refuse admission.  **NB** If guests are intoxicated this may well constitute refusal.
  • Photography and video are prohibited during the experience. If you wish to take any photographs or footage of the scares themselves, then a property release form must be obtained from us prior to publication.
  • If you get too scared, make your way to a “Safe Zone”. You will be collected from there and assisted to the main entrance.
  • To ensure you have the absolute best experience, you will start off in groups of 15 people.
  • For everyone’s safety, please do not touch any of the décor or actors. Any and all visitors that choose to ignore this rule will be removed from the site immediately.
  • We look forward to welcoming you to Lintz Hall Farm and experiencing the North’s Biggest Scream Park.

There are multiple experiences which last from 15 minutes to 45 minutes. You can arrive on the site from 5pm (on the day of your ticket), and stay until midnight. However, you can only take part in the experiences in your allocated time slot.

Yes, we have trained actors for this. Their aim is of course to give you the ultimate scare experience.

Yes, we have many different options from, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as a bevy of street food options, such as, burgers, churros, wraps etc.

Tickets are non transferable, thus we please ask that you make sure you have booked the correct date and time.

No running is required… Unless you are scared of course, then you may want to run…!!

There are no puzzles or games that need to be solved, however, we do have an optional games section called Anarchy Arcade.

Yes, but only for groups of 15+ and you need to contact us separately to discuss.

Everyone MUST be over the age of 13 years old. Children aged 13-16 must be accompanied by an adult.

All tickets must be bought through the ticket link and cannot be purchased any other way.

If you select “ Tup Tup” then you will be put through to the sales office where all questions can be answered.

We have safety zones throughout the course. If you get too scared and wish to leave, there will be security that can guide you to the safety zone where someone will come and collect you.

Some is outdoor, some is indoor, please dress appropriately for an outdoor experience on a cold October night!
