FAMILY FRIGHT FEST

Key Information to Make the Most of Your Day on the Farm
Please read this important information from the organisers of Family Fright Fest.

Hello!
We can’t wait to welcome you to Family Fright Fest today!

HEALTH & SAFETY

• You’ll make your way through a large assortment of outdoor terrain, so be prepared for uneven, wet, slippery, and muddy surfaces. We strongly advise bringing appropriate footwear (not your favourite brand-new white trainers you got for your birthday — they will get ruined!).
• If you or anybody in your party is pregnant or has a history of medical conditions that include heart conditions, claustrophobia, photosensitive epilepsy, back disorders, diabetes, arthritis, or asthma, please consult a GP or medical professional before attending.
• You must ensure you print your tickets or download them onto your mobile device and have them ready to display on arrival. Please be aware that certain mobile providers have limited signal in the area.
• Please note: the experience is not wheelchair accessible in the three open mazes due to the terrain and setting.
However, we do have wheelchair and buggy access in the main activity barn, outside funfair area, Troll Academy, Clown School, and Wizard School.
• An accessible toilet and baby change are located outside the main barn on the way to the funfair.
• Fancy dress is encouraged! We have a Best Dressed competition. Large bags and backpacks may be searched for customer safety.
• Food and drink will be available throughout the day. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse admission.
• Photography and video are prohibited inside the three scare mazes.
We film and take photos daily for promotional use, and national media may also capture the event. If you do not wish for you or your family to be filmed, please let a manager know on the day.
• At some points, you may become separated from your designated group or child. Please go to the Medic Cabin, located outside the main barn near the funfair. Also, inform security and/or a manager if you have lost your child.
• For everyone’s safety, please do not touch any décor or actors. Any visitors who ignore this rule will be removed from the site immediately.
• Please note that many of the adult scare attractions are closed off as they are not suitable for children. Do not move barriers or attempt to gain access to closed areas. Please refer to the Family Fright Fest Map to see which areas are used for daytime activities.

ACTIVITIES & ENTERTAINMENT

We have a packed stage of entertainment — check our social media for stage times!
All activities can be joined by queuing, except for two:
• Troll Academy (located behind the Blood Bar)
• Wizard School (near Cutthroat Island)
• Clown School (near iScream in the main barn)

These activities require a ticket for a set time slot, given out on a first-come, first-served basis. Head there shortly after 11am to guarantee entry. We run as many sessions as possible during the day, but unfortunately, spaces are limited.

PUMPKIN PATCH

Our Pumpkin Patch is located at the back of the site. Each child attending will receive a token upon arrival to exchange for a free small orange pumpkin. Additional pumpkins — including larger orange ones, ghost white pumpkins, witches, and squashes — can be purchased at an extra cost. Wheelbarrows can be used free of charge, but please do not remove them from the pumpkin patch.

INSIDE THE SCARE MAZES

Please ensure that you and your children do not go through any of the lower actor holes. If your children go down these, they may become separated from the group. These areas are designed for the adult nighttime experience ONLY.

We look forward to welcoming you to Lintz Hall Farm and to experiencing the North’s Biggest Family Scream Park!
Thanks,

The Family Fright Fest Team
